Hi all, I am founder of a UK Battlefield 2 Clan |2esurrection http://www.battlefield-2.biz and I have just made up a New Battlefield 2 Top Sites list, the thing is to start of with these sites are hard to start and really you need about 10 members before other sites are interested in joining etc. anyway 1 big plus Total Battlefield 2 has joined and a couple of others anyway I need a big favour and my pley is if anyone has a quality battlefield 2 related website please please sign up and help me get this thing rocking

I don't know about the link thingy...but banners I can do. You want a link to an extant banner or you want a new banner altogether?

I notice the affilate banners on the home page of your site are totally the same size, the thing is to be fair to all members of the list the small button banner code must be in place but not only that the site has a 5 day auto delete function that if the code is not detected it deletes the site from the list.

anyway thanks again for joining and I hope the list brings many visitors your way

I could install this link to our affiliate block, but I need a link to an image file or it will have to go elsewhere and I can use text to describe the link. Anybody have any ideas here?

call me stupid, but I can't find any banner links in the developement forum. Somebody please take my hand and guide me.

Our page is now listed with the BF2 Top sites. As I type this we are ranked second last only.

folks please go to the GC home page. On the rights side you will find the little BF2 topsites pic in the affiliates section. Please follow the link and vote for GC by clicking on the "enter and vote" text. I assume if you returm to GC using their GC link you will be counted again.

(I am still working on how to get our banner to work over there, it is displayed on the statitstic page but not on their main page )

I sent you the user id and password for editing that link friend Sushi. You will need that for any user fixes on the banner. I am thinking maybe they have to enter the banner manually or by admin and it takes more time than the one that shows on the stats pages.

btw our affilitates links location on the manin page differ depending on the bwowser you use, with firefox they are on the left.

Banner is up now, and hogging up GC's webspace instead of Winter's

Also, I moved the Affiliates link on our site over to the left side so it shows up even when people are just browsing the forums, thus underhandedly getting us more pageviews

Thanks for the quick muster and successful mission, Cheesy. Oh, that's not underhanded, just good sense if it bears fruit and no harm if it doesn't. Logical and cheap, I like it bro!

By the way, was just looking at this a little more and it seems to be sorting by average unique pageviews per day. Our average is way out of whack though, judging by the average we were signed up for 3 days before the button went up, so it'll take a few days for our average to start catching up with our real stats.

We are now #11. FYI, if you make this URL your homepage, you can vote whenever you kick up your browser - it only counts once a day, but it doesn't hurt to have the reminder...
