That Ship really looks sexy. Damn!

Thanks Henidhor, but what i was just trying to do, was to get inside that lottery and maybe win something.
But in the end it seems, like we have most of the Space-Sim Fans allready onboard!

So lets discuss the Fleet title, because i think that we are at a very serious size.

GC IN SPAAAAACE!

Im loving the Constellation. im even happier that you can see some P51Mustang design concepts reflected in the P52 short range fighter. i was hoping they would do something like that.

In case you guys didnt notice. if you buy add-ons you can also add a referrer's username/email. i added the Freelance just now and put "Chefcook" under referrer.

Flippin heck that ship looks good! They really aren't cutting corners here!

I just upgraded my pledge to a 300i... Chef can you update the first post please :)

Throwing money at a game that doesn't even exist yet... Galactic Conflict/Corp sounds good to me.
I think I'm going to upgrade to the Lancer before the pledging ends.. Can't wait!

That would work too. In fact I like it a little bit more, although "Galactic Corporation" sounds rather generic. Maybe "Galactic Consortium" or "Galactic Commerce." I'm sure someone else here could come up with something much better than though.

The only reason Conflict would have any merit is that it preserves some part of the name and follows the theme of ours GW2 guild "Guild Conflict."

Can someone tell me what this game really is? I saw the video on the site and am wondering if you can only fly the small fighter pilots or can you also get upto the big carriers carrying the small fighters? So it's something like EVE Online or?

The simplest answer is:

Its NOT like eve. Its a Space Sim. You sit in your cockpit. Dogfight. Land on Carrier afterwards.

Then there is the trading thing. Deliver something from left to right. etc etc...

If the "nearly impossible" goal of 5.5 million is reached, the carrier from the video will be made pilotable... 8O

It's similar to EVE in some regards, as in it's set in a MMO style persistent universe, with a sandbox nature. Things like piracy, trade, exploration, ect are all to be used. The difference is that you will actually be piloting the ship (which you can walk around inside).

You can pilot a whole range of ships of varying sizes and with different purposes. You can pilot anything from a small 1 manned fighter up to a 'cruiser'. Whatever that means.

Here's a link to one of their small/medium sized ships, the Constellation.

Thanks Chef/Calloutman,

I'll probably check what sort the prices go for acces to alpha/beta and sign up if it's decent enough. Looks like a lot of GC people are up for this and making a big ass fleet would be fun.
