Looks like we finally got halo 3 on pc boys!

Recorded the first Online round i managed to play. It was fairly decent. Solid 60fps throughout, movements are a bit weird (compared to BF and CS) but i guess i haven't played Halo in forever, and vehicle movements have to be the worst (or just weirdest) of all the mechanics of the game. Also, oddball is the lamest game mode in any video game ever. Well enough of my crappy review, here's a 60fps (as soon as youtube processeses) vid of it:

I'm all for a Halo release for the PC as much as the next guy, but the Russian P2W game isn't exactly that. I think I'll pass. I have a lot of great shooters on PC already; I don't need a sub-par one skinned up like Master Chief.

Ya, I used to love halo ce, but I just haven't been able to see the appeal of the more recent ones as more awesomely impressive shooters like mw2, bf3, and planetside 2 came out. This is obviously still a beta and I don't doubt that the modding community is gonna do some great things with this that i look forward to, but i'm already kinda bored with this game after just a couple rounds.

After playing 1v1 against cognito for a couple rounds, I redact some of my opinions. I definitely see the appeal now (though there's still not much content in this beta). Here's a couple gfy's of the highlights we had in our 1v1.
