BTW, what does SCAR stand for? I remember reading somewhere but I can't remember the details

it's time that the governments of this world realize that they can't just keep borrowing money and never paying it back.
in these harsh times we have to enforce the basic principle of debt that everyone seems to forget.
we'll get what we're being owed, one way or another !

While no one is disputing governments have a responsibility to manage their debt, the IMF's methods of enforcement have become more and more aggressive; I believe criminal. IMF's recent activities in the Balkans is a sign that the organization has over stepped its bounds. I feel the IMF, SACR in particular, has become the new Tyrant against which we must fight and defeat.

And I do believe you when you say: we'll get what we're... owed.

Well, according to the article, SCAR was caught "breaching the terms of their contract, which state that they cannot make military movements without first passing a majority vote in the UN Security Council."

This is exactly the kind of lawyer-like, double talk we've come to expect from the IMF. "We're just following orders", "They should've read the fine print", "A sucker's born every minute". The IMF has positioned themselves as both Friend and Bully to those seeking their help. And SCAR is no more than IMF's enforcers, lap dogs.

This time will be different. This time you won't be dealing with poorly trained militia types. (Seems Bullies always pick on the less fortunate, huh?). This time SCAR will get what's due.
