While no one is disputing governments have a responsibility to manage their debt, the IMF's methods of enforcement have become more and more aggressive; I believe criminal. IMF's recent activities in the Balkans is a sign that the organization has over stepped its bounds. I feel the IMF, SACR in particular, has become the new Tyrant against which we must fight and defeat.

And I do believe you when you say: we'll get what we're... owed.

This is exactly the kind of lawyer-like, double talk we've come to expect from the IMF. "We're just following orders", "They should've read the fine print", "A sucker's born every minute". The IMF has positioned themselves as both Friend and Bully to those seeking their help. And SCAR is no more than IMF's enforcers, lap dogs.

This time will be different. This time you won't be dealing with poorly trained militia types. (Seems Bullies always pick on the less fortunate, huh?). This time SCAR will get what's due.
