'''HQ:''' While renewable energy sources are being sought out, nations have begun exploring crude oil in an effort to capitalize on a geocentric refining operation to ease rising market prices and provide their nation with this lifeblood of modern convenience. The battle at Pico Turquino Pipeline centers around one of these refining operations. Although the site’s crew has strong defenses, protecting the refinery and its satellite buildings heads up for Heavy Artilerry and Anti Aircraft air and ground radars, the refinery’s flare stack still burns brightly.

High Command requested permission of an infantry division ‘ Harbinger’ to move out to South-East towards Pico Turquino* Pipelines oilfields. Division Commanders informed us that there are hostile activities up the snowy mountains of Cuba, Stationary Heavy Artillery and Stationary Anti Aircraft Weapons, interrupting any further LoD activities in the area of Venezuela, specially to Caracas Highway/Freeway where enemy troops of K.A.R.T have been established at that area, controlling the roads and movement at that country. Our mission is to destroy the stationary HA & AA so our forces can push on to Venezuela through yet unknown territories.

2x CH-47 Chinook’s carrying 4 squads each (capacity of troops movement is 15 at a Chinook) flying near the mountains to dismount troops for a quick attack before enemy defences alert the camp. [strike]An[/strike]Another Chinook informed our DC** that new technology jeeps have arrived from the workshops, providing 4x AT rocket launchers and 2 AA heatseekers missiles for any assistance, as long fast agile dirtbikes for fast movement through the area.

Assigned to SSgt Gwynzer’s squad of 8 man, secondary squad leading was Private Ishimel of the other 3 left men. I was under the command of Sgt. Ishimel. Our position was North-West side of the pipelines, down the hill, our objective was capture the area of Oil Refinery and eliminate enemy forces and destroy the stationeries.

Our squad leader, Pvt. Ishimel along with me Pvt. BloodRaptor, Rct. Daskro and Pvt. Wild_Kart have been the QRF (Quick Reaction Force), been moving along the defence lines from the Control Station Oil Refinery, Checkpoint Gates and the Satellite Warehouse.

The operation started with dirtbikes taking the lead with all the troops moving a.s.a.p. to the dead centre of Checkpoint Gates and the Oil Refinery, securing a defensive position along the perimeter, preventing all enemy force movements to prevent the attack. Sirens have been activated to warn all personnel. Heavy resistance has been seen at the Checkpoint Gates and the Warehouse Satellite, winning those points provide us blind fire of their Artillery and AA. The fight was fierce between the two sides. Our squad has merely survived through this fight of Checkpoint gates, having many issues of cover, poking and reloading! A disadvantage was all the oil been spilled out of the Oil refinery, blocking vision with huge black smoke, and having many fuel tanks nearby causing us to keep a distance and making the passage from Oil Refinery to Checkpoint gates impossible to cross aside.

Cover to cover and avoiding passing through the fuel tanks, we managed to cross over some containers near Checkpoint, and then pushing with always cover to cover and eliminating enemy elements along the perimeter of Checkpoint. Satellite Warehouse was over the hill, but the whole army on that area was pinned down by 2 recons sniping our positions, forcing us to move slowly and with a lot of cover we managed to slip away at the backdoor of the warehouse, penetrating enemy foces and allowing friendly squads coming along. We caught 5 soldiers for the HQ, for interrogations for intel.

Low casualties have been reported among the SL’s. Doc requested emergency help by all the present soldiers at the field to help wounded soldiers. Army bomb squad have placed the explosives and destroyed the Stationary Weapons, the sound echoed all over the mountain peeks.
