"For many years I have used your sticking plasters in my small medical centre. Usually, I have to deal with small scrapes and bruises which your normal line of adhesive bandages handle suitably. Chios is a sleepy town. Keep producing high quality products."
"Unfortunately, your current lines no longer adequate. Since the outbreak of the war, the injuries I have to deal with are more severe.
