Dear Sir/Madam
For many years I have used your sticking plasters in my small medical centre. Usually, I have to deal with small scrapes and bruises which your normal line of adhesive bandages handle suitably. Chios is a sleepy town. Keep producing high quality products.
Unfortunately, your current lines no longer adequate. Since the outbreak of the war, the injuries I have to deal with are more severe. Suffice to say, your sticking plasters are no longer large enough to cover the size of wound I now have to deal with. Regretfully, I will have to change to Band-Aid unless you can provide me a larger size of sticking plaster; ideally one that can cover the entire chest area.
Yours Faithfully
Dr I. Anármostos
The letter has since been forwarded to Elastoplast.
