| EUBO | European Union Black Op don't determine who is allowed to play but what time zones the battles are held in |
| GOGGLES | good old gamer gathering life extending support |
| HC | High Command, leadership of an army that should be able to address most campaign issues for its soldiers |
| HQ | Head Quarters, where an army goes to get lasted intel |
| main battle day | Saturday evening depending on time zone |
| NA | North America |
| NABO | North American Black Op don't determine who is allowed to play but what time zones the battles are held in |
| Neutrals | group of GC-veterans that are not drafted for one of the armies in a campaign but switch sides to balance the team numbers on the battle days |
| PBBan | Punk Buster Ban |
| SBT | Standard Battle Time - 19:00 CET |
| Senate | GC-veterans that keep the GC-ducks in a row |
| SL | Squad Leader |
| SO | Spec Ops battle day = Tuesday evening depending on time zone (see also EUBO NABO) |
| TA | Tournament Administrator |
