I know we already have our servers configured this way, but I guess this simplifies things to a certain extent.

I don't think it fully gives us what we use here but it's pretty close as a preset.

edit: so far as I can tell the only difference is friendly fire is defaulted to off, although might want to comb through what is actually there a bit more than I can on my phone in my 5 minutes of break time at work
